However, once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not liable for any supplementary costs incurred by the customer as a result of delayed, lost, or misrouted deliveries, including but not limited to missed deadlines, third-party costs, or consequential losses.

In the event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund in line with their investigation outcome. Customers are advised to select tracked and insured shipping methods to safeguard their purchases.

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at the time of checkout. Blue Dragon Cards LTD cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
